These custom, beautiful, handmade invitations were made for Residence Life Service Learning Program’s Autumn Banquet. The goal was to create invitations that demanded attention and set the mood for this classy fund-raising event. The challenge? To and produce 200 invitations with an extremely tight budget.
The invitations were wrapped in silk ribbon in either orange, red, or green to represent the colors of Zambia. The paper was a textured, cream colored cardstock. The shape of the invitations was designed to be out of the ordinary, while also maximizing the amount of space for text.
Mini ‘Save the dates’ were also made, within budget. Small but legible squares, the save-the-dates easily fit into wallets and did not require envelopes. [Photos coming soon!]
